dc.description.abstract Since 2016, Upstairs Digital have solely focused on creating the game. They are not aware of their online presence, and have no media kit or design guide. They find it challenging to describe and define their identity and style. Yet, they are working on various digital content, such as promotional videos, images and GIFs. However, as their current visual identity and online presence is not optimized, they risk losing the momentum that comes with the potential of Nintendo Switch. To insure a successful launch, Upstairs Digital have to be where their target audience is. They have to be aware of their online presence and content their potential users wants and expects from them. Therefore, the users and the social media platforms that they use need to be clearly defined, in order to determine and create relevant content for suitable channels and platforms. Why is the visual identity and brand of an artist so crucial, and how can the visual identity of Upstairs Digital be enhanced? Who is Upstairs Digital and Oxyjet? Who is their target audience? What is the most suitable content for Upstairs Digital and on which SoMe platforms? What other multimedia solutions can insure that Upstairs Digital is fully equipped and ready for the launch? en_US
