dc.description.abstract This project investigates the relationship between brand and customer. The project is based on the company Folk & Frame. Folk & Frame makes unisex eyewear in a timeless design by fine craftsmanship. The company strives to be associated with quality and uniqueness. Through researching, analysing and testing this project seeks to enhance the brand-customerrelationship within the existing customer group. The solution is based on current and upcoming trends in our society, illustrating the development in buyer-behavior and design in the years to come. The solution includes a social media strategy, new packaging design and a redesign of the website, all focusing on creating a better customer experience. The solution creates a stronger brand identity for Folk & Frame which is the foundation for a long lasting and loyal relationship between customer and brand. en_US
